Australia is the favourite holiday spot in Asia

Tourists are flocking to Australia to take advantage of the wide variety of experiences offered by the country.
Brits will no doubt reach for their phones to make cheap international calls while travelling across the great Australian outback, taking in the beauty of this diverse country.
Adam Waldock, PR and marketing assistant for Trailfinders, explained that this was because Australia had a lot to offer tourists and catered to every taste.
"You've got everything there," he said. "You can pretty much do anything you like in Australia," he added.
His comments follow in the wake of a recent survey carried out by Visa and the Pacific Asia Travel Association, which found that Australia came out on top of holiday hotspots in Asia among travellers.
Recent statistics released by Tourism Australia found that 5.7 million foreign visitors arrived in the country in the year that ended June 2010, which was three per cent higher than that of the year before.
