Cheap international calls: Ghana beaten by Egypt in Cup of Nations final

Egypt have won the Africa Cup of Nations with a 1-0 victory over Ghana in the final.
In a tense encounter that looked like it was heading for extra time, Egypt scored the winning goal in the 85th minute to secure the trophy and break Ghanaian hearts.
Substitute Mohamed Gedo is the man who got the goal, latching on to a clever return pass from Mohamed Zidan before striking the ball into the far corner of the net past a helpless Richard Kingson.
It was a cruel blow for Ghana, who had carved out several chances earlier in the game which they had failed to take, and the Black Stars even managed to create inviting openings in the final few minutes but it was not to be their day.
Meanwhile, the Confederation of African Football has taken the controversial decision to ban Togo from the next two Africa Cup of Nations tournaments.
Togo withdrew from this year's competition after their team bus was attacked by gun-toting rebels in Cabinda two days before the start of this year's tournament.
