Saudi Arabia 'to become world's largest crude oil producer'

Saudi Arabia is to become the world's largest oil producer by 2015, according to an official announcement from the International Energy Agency (IEA).
Cheap international calls are sure to be made about the news, which would mean that the country will overtake Russian production of oil.
At the World Energy Outlook, the IEA claimed that Russia's new supplies were not matching the decline of their more mature stocks, but its natural gas market could reap significant success, especially through exporting to China.
Russia originally overtook Saudi Arabia as the top producer of oil in 2009 when the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries cut crude output during the global economic crisis.
