Cheap international calls: Sri Lanka voting underway

Voting is underway in Sri Lanka's first presidential election since the end of a long-running conflict in the country.
Small explosions were reported in the town of Jaffna amid tight security as Sri Lankan's took to the polls for the first time since Tamil Tiger rebels were defeated last year.
Current president Mahinda Rajapaska is seeking re-election but observers are calling it a close contest against his main rival, the ex-army commander Sarath Fonseka.
The men were formerly allies in the fight against the Tamils, but fell out in the aftermath of the victory, leading to Mr Fonseka standing against the president as a member of the opposition.
Last week it was reported that two people were killed and several injured during violent scenes in the run-up to the elections.
A supporter of Mr Fonseka was shot dead in the town of Waryiapola, but several hours later a supporter of the ruling party was killed in an apparent bomb attack on a campaign office in a nearby village.
