John Terry considers legal action over India cigarette packets

John Terry could be the topic of cheap calls to India, after his lawyers claimed that he could take legal action over an image of him used on cigarette packets.
The blurry photograph which shows the head and shoulders of a man with a striking resemblance to the England footballer has appeared in tobacco warnings on packets of cigarettes in the country.
A superimposed set of blackened lungs have been placed on top, with a stark warning which reads: "Smoking Kills."
Keith Cousins, representative for Terry from Elite Management agency told AFP: "We don't know where the image is taken from, but he has not given his consent for this."
Cousins also added that Terry is a non-smoker, further adding to the confusion.
Indian officials have claimed that they are unsure how Terry's image has come to be used on the packets.
