Leopard captured in India after killing man

Cheap calls to India are sure to follow the news that a leopard which has killed a man has finally been captured.
The animal wandered into the neighbourhood of Gauhati in the northern state of Assamm, attacking a 50-year-old lawyer as he chatted on his phone on the evening of January 7th outside his house.
He was subsequently rushed to hospital, however died the following day due to his serious injuries.
The leopard then went on to attack four more people, including a man who had part of his scalp ripped off, an event which was captured by a local press photographer and has been circulated heavily across the country.
After the attack the fully grown leopard was shot with a tranquiliser gun by a local wildlife official and will be released in a wildlife park 120 miles west of the city in the next few days.
