Del Piero considering USA move

Veteran Juventus star Alessandro Del Piero is believed to be eyeing a move to the USA, fueling debate that he is going to reject an approach by struggling Premier League team Blackburn.
The Italian will not be handed a new deal by the Serie A club when he reaches the end of his contract, but his agent Enzo Bronzetti has made clear he has a future overseas.
However, the Italian agent has ruled out a move to either Spain or England.
Speaking to the Daily Star, he said: "I know there was an approach (from Rovers), but he is going for America."
A move to the USA would see Del Piero follow in the footsteps of a number of high profile European veterans across the Atlantic.
David Beckham famously signed for LA Galaxy after his contract at Real Madrid expired, while former Arsenal forward Theirry Henry left Barcelona to join the New York Red Bulls.
