Brits unaware of iPad features

As Apple launched its brand new product, the iPad, in the United Kingdom, a large number of Britons are in fact said to be unaware of its hi-tech features.
The findings gathered by TNS Research indicate that 65 per cent of British users were unfamiliar with the specific functions of the Apple iPad.
John Tearle, a research consultant in the technology division of TNS Research, pointed out that part of the appeal of Apple's products lies in its easy usability.
He added: "The iPad is capable of doing a large amount of things, but our research has shown that the main capability people are pulling out is its internet capability and large screen, whilst other features have had relatively few mentions."
The research also found that 27 per cent of Londoners were intending to purchase an iPad, making Britain's capital the most excited about the launch of the Apple product.
