Bangladesh beach chosen as hotel location

Global hotel chain Interval International has announced its plans to build its next hotel on the beaches of Bangladesh.
The historical site of Cox's Bazaar will be the location of the brand new Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa.
Plans are in place for an eco-friendly building structure that will be completed by 2011.
Customers will be able to enjoy a mix of the location's natural beauty as well as state of the art hotel facilities. The hotel will offer a wide choice of rooms ranging from studios to double bedroom units. The infrastructure of the leisure resort will also include swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym and a cinema amid other entertainment options.
Joe Hickman, executive director for Asia Pacific at Interval International, said: "Easily accessible by air and road, we believe Sea Pearl and its spectacular beachfront location will offer our members an appealing new holiday choice."
