British aid worker could have been killed by US grenade

New details regarding the death of a British aid worker in Afghanistan have come to the forefront.
The latest developments have triggered a series of cheap international calls between USA and the UK in a bit to learn what exactly lead to the death of Linda Norgrove.
According to initial revelations, Ms Norgrove, who had been taken hostage in Afghanistan and was killed during a rescue operation when one of her captors detonated a suicide vest close to her.
However, the British prime minister David Cameron clarified this morning (October 11th) that new information had come to light, which suggested that Ms Norgrove could have been killed due the to explosion of a grenade by the task force assigned to free her.
The findings have resulted in the launch of a US/UK investigation in order to unearth the real circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
