Travellers should book Olympic flights early

People from countries such as Nigeria who want to travel to London for the 2012 Olympics should book their flights early, one expert suggested.
It is likely that cheap international calls will be made in abundance around the time of the Olympics, as people from all over the world head to the UK.
Patrick Margetson-Rushmore, chief executive of London Executive Aviation (LEA), said that travelling last minute is bound to be difficult during the Olympic period due to high demand for flights and airspace restrictions.
According to the expert, chartering a flight will not be easy either.
"If customers are serious about chartering next summer, we are urging them to book early to ensure an aircraft is available and that there is time to have the flight approved," he warned.
This follows news that free tickets to Olympic events will be provided to the victims of London's 7/7 terrorist attacks.
Mayor of London Boris Johnson has announced that four tickets will be offered to the family or friends of those killed in the attacks, and those seriously injured will also receive four tickets.
