Mineral make-up 'best for daily skin protection'

Women heading to sunny destinations such as the Philippines for their annual holiday will want to protect their skin to ensure they look their best while making cheap international calls from the pool side.

She commented that mineral based products are "really the way forward" when it comes to daily protection.
"So that's a make-up tip - go the mineral route and look for ones that have clinically proven active ingredients that protect and defend, as well as giving you that level of coverage and camouflage too," added Ms Thomas-Minns.
This follows comments from Zara Rabinowicz, beauty writer/expert and editor of Kiss & Makeup, who advised that people transform their make-up bag to look their best in the summer heat.
She suggested that women adopt a light moisturiser for the season, keep eyebrows groomed and use a foaming facial wash to refresh dried out skin.
