Cheap international calls: Florida a 'top' property investment in 2010

Florida will be one of the world's best property investment destinations in 2010, it is believed.
The Sunshine State has been ranked in second position on a list compiled by A Place in the Sun which shows the best destinations for foreign property investment this year.
It was beaten only by Spain in the league table, with France, Portugal and Turkey making up the remainder of the top five.
The rankings might suggest that increasing numbers of investors will be making international calls to the USA over the coming months as they look to close some enticing property deals.
Christopher Chadd, project manager at Property Frontiers, suggests that recent price falls in the likes of Florida, Spain and Portugal means there is "tremendous value" in the international property market right now.
"I would say that 2010 will see an increasing trend for people looking to buy property in the more traditional investment hotspots," he said.
