Bangladeshi dog becomes famous for suckling monkey

Cheap calls to Bangladesh are sure to discuss a new celebrity dog, which has been suckling a tiny baby monkey back to health.
Mintu from the tiny Bangladeshi village of Bishwanathpur in the north-east of the country, is a mongrel dog and has since adopted the monkey after it was separated from its family.
The mutt already has a litter of seven pups and added the simian monkey to her family after angry villagers snatched it from a group of monkeys which had been destroying their rice crops.
Despite being quite sickly and weak, the monkey has now been nursed back to full health and can often be seen suckling Mintu and riding on her back.
People from around the country have been flocking to the tiny village to witness the bizarre spectacle for themselves.
