Ghana international Gyan rules out Sunderland transfer

Cheap calls to Ghana are likely after star international football player Asamoah Gyan ruled out a move back to Sunderland.
Gyan was a regular feature in the Black Cats' squad up until September, when he surprised fans by going on a one-year, £6 million loan to UAE side Al Ain.
With the team's woeful record in front of goal this season leading to the swift departure of manager Steve Bruce, many fans have speculated whether the star player would be part of incoming boss Martin O'Neill's plans.
However, in an interview with Goal.com, Gyan dismissed the idea that he would be rejoining Sunderland in the January transfer window.
He said: "I am enjoying my football at the moment. I don't know, let's see what happens at the end of my current deal."
Gyan also commented on new manager O'Neill, adding that "everyone speaks well about him".
