Calling Tips to help you make your cheap international call even easier. Save important international phone numbers in your mobile to include the Planet Talk Account access number to make cheap calls quick and easy!
Pre Pay
To make cheap international calls from your registered landline you need to prefix your call with 14577. You can prefix your most frequently called numbers with 14577 in some phones memories. Check with your user manual to see how this is done.
From your registered mobile, you can either dial 0207 669 5000 + full destination number or use the on-line ‘Hotdial’ editor to get a personal access number and save your personal access numbers in your mobile handset Phone book. You can also see how to program your access number into your mobile phone below.
Or you can call 0800 036 3738 or 0800 036 1457 from any phone in the UK using your PIN and authorisation code. For example 0800 036 3738 + authorisation code and PIN followed by the number you are calling in full.
Pay Monthly
To make cheap international calls from your registered landline you just need to dial you numbers as normal – we will automatically take you call for you – no pre-fix of access number is needed.
From your registered mobile, you can either dial 0207 669 XXXX + full destination number or you can program your mobile phone as described below.

1. Create a new entry in your mobile phone book.
2. Enter your Planet Talk access number
3. Enter a pause. There are different ways of doing this depending on your handset. |

Step 1 - Enter the Planet Talk Account access number- 0207 669 5000 or 0800 036 3738.
Step 2 - Press the "+*#" key and choose the pause option
Step 3 -Enter your destination number including the full international code For
Example: 0207 669 5000 p 001 212 777 3456.
Step 4 - Save it in the address book. |

Step 1 - Enter the Planet Talk Account access number- 0207 669 5000 or 0800 036 3738.
Step 2 -Press the N key or for the 7100 series press the L key to show a P.
Step 3 - Enter your destination number including the full international code For

Step 4 - Save it in the address book. |
