Topic "Out of business?" a message from Scot

I have been with Planet Talk for more than ten years and have had no problems until this year when automatic top up has not been working. I phoned a couple of times and was assured it was now ok. However, credit has now run out and I can't make contact by phone or email. I don't want to change as I find the system cheap and easy. If I change and calls are routed through Virgin it seems I have to pay a lot more. Any answer?
