Terms and Conditions These documents set out the terms on which New Call Telecoms Ltd ("New Call" Planet Talk or "we") will provide either: Planet Talk Instant, Planet Talk Card, Planet Talk Account pre pay, Planet Talk Account pay monthly (home phone / broadband), (collectively the 'Services') to you, the customer ("you"). These terms and conditions together with any request for these services shall comprise the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any request, these terms and conditions shall apply. Any additional terms and conditions included by you in the request which New Call Telecoms has not agreed to in advance shall not form part of the agreement.
